Individual Therapy

Through a variety of therapy techniques, we’ll work to break down barriers, unburden the overwhelmed parts of you, and overcome shame, so you can start living a full and thriving life. 

Couples Therapy

Intimate relationships can be difficult, frustrating, and hurtful. Come with your significant other and learn to overcome conflict through a deeper understanding of your and your partner’s needs from a place of love and understanding. I help couples practice in and out of session with techniques developed from the Gottman Method, Imago Dialogue, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Non-Violence Communication, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.

Family Therapy

Family systems and transitions can be challenging, exhausting, and can lead to emotional burnout. With so many moving parts, it’s often difficult for everyone’s needs to be met and for them to feel heard.  As a family therapist, I create space for each member to feel safe, have a voice, and an opportunity to share their point of view.
